Jim Nelson has 35+ years in general real estate. Growing up in Western Wisconsin, he worked along side his father and younger siblings in the construction trades until starting his own business. He credits his Dad for teaching him the values of working hard, doing a quality job, and strong customer service. Jim owned and operated a large, profitable electric and H.V.A.C. company in Western Wisconsin for over 25 years. Most recently, he started his real estate partnership with Laura Canada. Their construction partnership, Walls4all, specialized in the renovation of older homes in the St Paul area. Jim and his family reside in rural Ellsworth, WI.

Laura Canada has worked with Jim Nelson for over 16 years, starting out as the office manager for his electric and H.V.A.C. business, and most recently their partnership endeavor in real estate and construction. With possessing an accounting degree, you could almost guess Laura would be detail oriented. Laura resides with her family in the tiny town of Diamond Bluff, WI.

Both Jim & Laura own and manage rental property. They are active members of the organization "S.P.A.R.L.", which is short for "St Paul Association of Responsible Landlords". They love teaching and assisting their tenants and others in the steps to home ownership.

Jim & Laura are also members of the St Paul Area Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Both Jim & Laura are licensed real estate brokers in Minnesota as well as Wisconsin. Both are Minnesota licensed residential building contractors.
